Qualia Introduces a New Video Chat Feature
According to a recent poll of Qualia customers, it appears that the majority of title & escrow companies across the country switched to working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to customer demand, Qualia has released a new video chat feature within the Qualia platform through its existing in-app messaging system. While the in-app messaging system was previously text-only, now agents can simply click a button to place a video call to coworkers and forego long text-based chat or email threads that waste time and cut into productivity.
