Attorney Helps Guide Real Estate Transactions Across Mississippi
A lifelong Mississippi resident, attorney Justin Saffle has spent the past two decades building a career in real estate law and helping clients navigate property transactions with confidence. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree and Mississippi College – School of Law, he combines local knowledge with years of industry experience to serve clients throughout the state.
His introduction to the field came 20 years ago when he worked as an intern for Home-Land Title, an experience that sparked his interest in real estate law and the title industry. Since then, he has developed a career focused on facilitating real estate transactions and supporting buyers, sellers, lenders, and industry professionals through every stage of the process.
One lesson that has remained constant throughout his career is the importance of continuous learning.
“I learn something new every day,” he said, reflecting on the evolving nature of real estate law and the challenges that accompany each transaction.
Today, he is helping lead the next chapter of the company’s growth through its recent transition from Homeland Title to Title HQ. The rebranding reflects a broader vision for the future.
“What’s most unique about our company is the clarity of what we’re building and who we’re building it for,” he said. “Our goal is to become the central hub for real estate transactions across our market.”
The company aims to be the trusted resource for residential, commercial, and land transactions, creating a streamlined experience for clients and industry partners alike.

“It’s a simple approach, but we stay disciplined in executing it well, and that’s what sets us apart,” he said.
Away from the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Laura, have an 8-year-old son, Asher. When he is not working, he can often be found duck hunting or offshore fishing, two activities that allow him to enjoy Mississippi’s outdoors and spend time doing what he loves.
As he continues to serve clients and grow Title HQ, his focus remains on providing dependable service, building lasting relationships, and helping ensure that every transaction is completed with professionalism and care.
