Who may become a Government Employee Member?

Government Employee Membership is open to any full-time employee of any one of the 82 Chancery Clerk’s offices in Mississippi, the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office, or the Mississippi Department of Insurance, that is interested in the land title industry of Mississippi and who supports the stated purposes and objectives of the Association, subscribes and adheres to the Code of Ethics of the Association as adopted, amended, or interpreted as herein provided, and agrees to be governed by the Bylaws of the Association.

Government Employee members are non-voting members.
