Mississippi’s residential sales are booming
According to various Mississippi Realtors, residential sales are strong across the state. All of the traditional hot spots – DeSoto County, the Greater Jackson Metro area, Coast counties, university towns, and the greater Golden Triangle/Tupelo areas – are showing signs of growth and strong sales activity. One realtor notes that many of the homes for sale have multiple offers and the prices are increasing.
