Born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, Melissa Nunley Reso brings more than 20 years of real-estate law experience to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. A graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A.) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 2004), she co-founded Coastline Title & Escrow, LLC with business partner Angie Necaise in April 2024. Today the women-owned firm operates two offices—Diamondhead and Gulfport—with a four-person team dedicated to seamless residential and commercial closings.

Path to Real-Estate Law
After Hurricane Katrina, Melissa transitioned from personal-injury practice to a coastal title company that remained open when others did not. That decision in 2005 set the course for a career spent guiding buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders through every stage of a transaction—from contract review to the final signatures at the closing table.
