Matt Vitart is a partner of Reeves, Gentry & Vitart, PLLC and Covenant Title, LLC.

Matt practices in the areas of real estate and business transactions. He represents buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases and leases). He has provide legal guidance for various real estate development projects.  He represents businesses and owners in a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, business formation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

In addition to his civilian practice, Matt serves part-time as a Judge Advocate in the Mississippi Army National Guard where his current duty assignment is as the Brigade Judge Advocate for the 185th Combat Aviation Brigade.

Matt holds an economics degree from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, both with honors.

Matt and his wife, Morgan, proudly parent two sons and three daughters.  The family enjoys Mississippi State athletics and service at their church.
