Brad D. Wilkinson
Brad D. Wilkinson, Esq. is a practicing attorney in Flowood, MS specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, creditor representation and collections, and HOA representation. Since 2003, Mr. Wilkinson has been principal shareholder in Wilkinson Law Firm, P.C., Principal in Home-Land Title, and Principal in Homeland Neighborhood Management, LLC, as well as other unrelated business interest. He has been an agent for First American Title, Fidelity National Title, and Stewart Title throughout most of his career. Mr. Wilkinson and his title company close residential, commercial and industrial transactions, many well into the nine figures. He has appeared on several CLE panels relating to real estate title and has served as an expert in our state Circuit and Chancery Courts. He holds a BBA degree from Mississippi State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law. During his 30 years of practice, he previously served as Senior Counsel for the MS Department of Revenue and Assistant District Attorney for Madison/Rankin Counties. Mr. Wilkinson is licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in Mississippi as well as the 5th Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. He is a licensed real estate broker, Member of the Mississippi and Rankin County Bar Associations, member and past Chairman of the Metro YMCA of Jackson Mississippi, and member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church. He has three grown boys, two of which are completing law school at Mississippi College. He and his wife Kim reside outside of Madison, Mississippi.
