Port Campany is an Associate Broker and Vice President with Randall Commercial Group, LLC, specializing in investment property acquisitions and dispositions. His primary focus is healthcare real estate, complemented by a broad practice in net lease investment sales and portfolio acquisitions across multiple sectors.
With more than 7 years of direct experience in commercial real estate, Port has represented clients ranging from individual owners to large institutions in transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. His expertise includes structuring complex deals that unlocks capital while ensuring long-term operational continuity through tailored lease agreements.
Port represents buyers in a high volume of acquisitions, including numerous 1031 exchanges for tax-deferred reinvestments. He also handles net lease investment sales beyond healthcare, emphasizing single-tenant and credit-backed properties for strong income generation.
Port began his career as an auditor at a Big Four accounting firm, working primarily with large, publicly traded companies. He then spent over 10 years in the healthcare industry, focusing on strategic planning, margin improvement, and financial operations—first with a hospital operations company and later at a healthcare consulting firm. This background in accounting and healthcare operations gives him a strong foundation for advising clients on complex real estate transactions.
Originally from Memphis, TN, Port spent much of his early career in Nashville, TN, before relocating to Oxford, MS, home of his alma mater, the University of Mississippi. He holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from Ole Miss.
Port remains involved in his church and is a passionate Ole Miss sports fan. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, supporting his children’s sports activities, traveling with friends and family, and staying active outdoors.
