Robert practices in the area of business and corporate transactions, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. He advises and assists his clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing of a variety of property types, including apartments, hotels, convenience stores, medical facilities, timberlands, and manufacturing. In connection with these transactions, he drafts and negotiates leases and purchase agreements, advises on property and entity due diligence, evaluates title and survey matters, and helps structure 1031 exchanges.
Robert spends his leisure time with his wife, Emily, and daughter, Sadie Rose. As a former college athlete, he also enjoys staying active with Crossfit and playing golf.
