We opened Alliance Research January 1, 2004.

We currently cover:
Forrest, Lamar, and Pearl River Counties.

We research public land records, in the Counties listed above, in order to provide real property reports, to be utilized by various title companies, and attorneys offices, in their preparation of Certificates of Title, Title Insurance Commitments and Policies for commercial and residential properties.

We are familiar with both the PLSS & British Surveying methods, and are capable of plotting Metes & Bounds descriptions.

In addition to Mississippi, we have also worked in Florida, Alabama, California, West Virginia, and Ohio.
