| Bio | With more than 30 years of experience in handling commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and financing, Jennifer Signs guides buyers, borrowers, developers, sellers, and lenders through complex transactions and advises corporations and agencies with respect to real estate law. As the firm’s primary authorized signatory for its Mississippi agency with First American Title Insurance Company, Jennifer has issued more than $1.25 billion in title insurance policies for commercial properties over the last 15 years. Jennifer’s recent projects have included electric and solar power plants and facilities, casinos, port and harbor developments, industrial facilities, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and subdivision and mixed use developments. Jennifer is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Project Finance Law and Real Estate Law and was named by Best Lawyers as “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Law in Gulfport in 2017. She received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Jennifer also served as Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Mississippi Bar from 2006 – 2007. |
