Jim Simpson has been admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and Mississippi Bar since 1980. Since returning to Mississippi from Washington, D.C., he has concentrated his practice on a wide variety of transactional real estate matters, complex commercial litigation, and representation of government entities.
His experience include oil and gas matters, securities offerings, and public utilities. He also represents clients in government affairs matters before local, state, and federal entities.
