Fred Hoff received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1982, his J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 1981, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Millsaps College in 1976. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hoff brings to Wise Carter his more than 35 years of experience in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning and probate, real estate, and title insurance. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Litigation and Controversy – Tax, Real Estate Law, and Tax Law and is AV-rated in Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to joining Wise Carter, Mr. Hoff served as special counsel at Jones Walker LLP; he was a founding member of the law firm Newton and Hoff, L.L.P., as well as, a founding member of Hoff Law Firm, PLLC.
