More About Me
Charles E. Greer V is a lifelong Mississippian, being born in Hattiesburg on May 25, 1975. He attained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1997. While at Southern, Charles also attained his Masters in Business Administration in 2000. During his master’s program, Charles was President of the Graduate Business Association and was a member of the Business Student Advisory Council. Upon graduation from the MBA program, Charles enrolled in law school at Mississippi College School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. During law school, Charles was awarded “Best Paper” in Secured Transactions and was published with Mark Chinn in the Family Advocate, A practical journal by the ABA Family Law Section, Vol. 24, No. 3, Winter 2002 (Prenuptial Prerequisites: The 4 essential elements of an inviolable agreement). Charles was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 2003 and is currently licensed to practice law in all of the state and federal courts in Mississippi. Charles is with Greer Law Firm, PLLC, with offices in Hattiesburg and Ellisville, where he has a general practice, specializing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, foreclosures, business law, and estates.

Charles is also an affiliate member of the Hattiesburg Area of Realtors.
Charles speaks at seminars, both public and private, on topics that include curing title defects, title insurance issues, and the real estate closing process.
