Fred is the manager/owner of Beachview Abstracting LLC, serving Harrison County.  He has over 37 years experience in real estate title experience, 24 of those as a Senior Title Officer for First American Abstract Company.

Fred has provided extensive title research on many of the most prominent Developments on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, from residential subdivisions to casinos, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and industrial facilities. He received his bachelors and masters degrees from Florida State University. He considers himself semi-retired.
