HB 777 – Revised Mississippi Law on Notarial Acts

Representative Aguirre introduced HB 777 at the request of the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office. If passed and signed into law, HB 777 would authorize Mississippi notaries to perform electronic notarization in Mississippi.
