Lot and Block Survey System

This course covers the lot-and-block survey system (also known as the subdivision system, the recorded plat survey system, or the recorded map survey system). The purpose of this course is to provide a detailed understanding of how a subdivision plat is created, the component parts of a subdivision plat, and how to locate real property using the lot and block survey system.

After completing the assigned readings in this course, you should be able to:
