She’s spent 22 years in the title industry, working across five different states in roles that have taken her from title specialist and escrow officer to her current work in business development. During her 22 years, she has served as an Exchange Officer with First American Exchange, helping clients navigate the ins and outs of 1031 exchanges. She’s always loved being part of the process that helps people and businesses achieve their real estate goals—every transaction has its own story, and that keeps her work exciting and meaningful. Sayward has a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University of Alexandria, and over the years, she’s built a career rooted in relationships, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
