Annual Conference Rescheduled for October 13-14

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the situation in the United States with respect to the coronavirus (COVID-19) to assess the risks associated with our Annual Conference. As you know, on March 13, 2020, the President of the United States declared a national emergency due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. The initial guidance indicated gatherings should be limited for 8-weeks. However, things remain fluid and out of an abundance of caution, the decision has been made to reschedule the Annual Conference for later this year.

New Dates
We have rescheduled the Annual Conference for:

October 13, 2020 (Tuesday)
October 14, 2020 (Wednesday)

For those of you that have already purchased tickets or made reservations at the venue, those tickets and reservations will be automatically switched to the corresponding new dates. Please update your calendar accordingly.

Same Program
Our plan is to offer the same program sessions. We are currently reaching out to the speakers to confirm their availability for these dates. Most of our speakers have already agreed to the date change. We will do our best to minimize the change to the schedule.
