Description
This course serves as an introduction to the Mississippi Title Examination Standards (the “Standards“). The Standards become effective in Mississippi on August 1, 2019. The purpose of the Standards is to state in concise language how the Real Property Section of the Mississippi Bar views various title problems within the state and indicate how the majority of experienced Mississippi title lawyers would deal with such problems as they come up from time to time.
