Julie A. Scianna is President and co-founder of Landmark Title & Escrow Co., Inc. and serves as an agent of First American Title Insurance Company. During Julie’s 20+ year career, she has underwritten and organized closings in six states. After Hurricane Katrina devastated her hometown in 2005, Julie committed herself to assisting in the re-growth of her community and re-building efforts of those who call the Coast their home.

The youngest of nine children, Julie is a native of Bay St. Louis, MS, and is an alumna of Our Lady Academy, Pearl River Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. She resides in Bay St. Louis with her husband, Harvey Timberlake, and their son, Jackson. Julie and her family are active members of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
