An Environmental Site Assessment, such as a Phase I, provides a picture of possible environmental contamination and the type of impact it has on the environment. Phase I’s identify evidence of the presence, or likely presence, of hazardous substances or petroleum products on a property that indicate an existing or past release or material threat of future release.
