SECURE Notarization Act: Closer to Passage?

ALTA President Bill Burding NTP, speaking at a recent convention, indicated that he believes Congress is very close to passage of the Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote and Electronic Notarization Act (SECURE Notarization Act). The SECURE Notarization Act is federal legislation that would authorize the nationwide use of Remote Online Notarization (RON).
